quality carton sheet manufacture.

● Slitting Part: adopt high quality tungsten steel blade, sharp and long work-life, slice more tidy,

non-pressing and non-burr.

● Scoring Part: adopt 5 points scoring, scoring distance in-phase adjust, blazonry and easy to bend the

carton sheet.

● Grinding Part: adopt automatic and manual two kinds pneumatic grinding type, it could be grinding when

working, improve work efficiency.

Wallboard:

We used CAST STEEL not Nodular cast steel.Shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage are not exist in cast stell but has too much in nodular cast steel. Cast stell is expensive than nodular cast steel but tough,dectile and easily machined.Even you cant see the steel's material after painting,but we used good cast steel ,to producted high quality machine is my factory's aim.That's why the machine have been using more than 20 year no problem.
